Tuesday, September 27 · 6:00pm - 8:30pm
During this 2-3 hour workshop, we'll introduce you to the two main studio light sources and how to use them. We'll also go over the classic lighting patterns and talk about how to use light to best flatter your subject and create dimension in your images. Following the lecture portion we’ll go into the camera room for some hands-on demonstrations and practice shooting with our model. Class will be wrapped up with an optional im...age critique where we’ll review up to three images from each photographer.
Bring your camera, a notebook, and up to 3 images for critique.
Images for critque should be on a flashdrive.
Cost is $25 due at the workshop. Cash, check, and credit accepted.
Basic knowledge of how to change your camera settings in strongly recommended. If you don't already know how to change the manual settings on your camera (ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture), then you may want to take our DSLR bascis class BEFORE you take this class.
